Dental prosthetics

A healthy smile is not only about aesthetics but also about confidence. Missing teeth can affect not only your appearance but also your quality of life — chewing becomes uncomfortable, speech may change, and the load on the remaining teeth is distributed unevenly. Modern dental prosthetics can solve these problems quickly, effectively and painlessly.

  Types of dental prosthetics

Today, dentistry offers several prosthetic options depending on the clinical situation:

  • Fixed prosthetics – crowns, bridges and veneers. These are ideal if you have lost one or several teeth but still have healthy supporting teeth.
  • Removable prosthetics – suitable for cases of significant tooth loss. Modern models are comfortable, reliable and look natural.
  • Dental implants – the most advanced technology, where an artificial root (implant) is embedded into the bone, with a crown placed on top. The result is virtually indistinguishable from a natural tooth.

How to choose the right option?

The best solution is selected individually after a consultation with a dentist. The specialist considers your oral health, aesthetic preferences, budget and other important factors.
At our clinic, we use only modern technologies and high-quality materials, ensuring durability, a natural look and maximum comfort.

What are the best and most comfortable dental prosthetics?

If you're looking for the most durable and comfortable solution, dental implants are the best choice. They fully replace lost teeth, look natural and feel just like real ones.

  • Reliability – lasts 20+ years
  • Comfort – feels just like natural teeth
  • Aesthetics – blends seamlessly into your smile
  • Functionality – allows you to eat any type of food

Fixed dental prosthetics on implants

This method involves the installation of artificial roots (implants) into the bone tissue, on which a permanent prosthesis is fixed. Unlike removable structures, fixed prostheses do not need to be taken out at night or after meals – they behave like natural teeth, providing a natural feel during chewing and speaking.

  Medical basis of the method:

  • An implant is a titanium  post that is embedded into the bone tissue and functions as the root of the tooth.
  • After 3-6 months, osseointegration occurs – the process in which the implant fuses with the bone.
  • After this, a permanent orthopedic structure is installed – a crown, bridge or full set of teeth.

Advantages of fixed dental prosthetics on implants:

  • Strong fixation – the structure securely attaches to the implants and does not shift during speaking or chewing.
  • Comfort and natural sensation – there is no irritation of the gums, as with removable prostheses and no feeling of "foreign body."
  • Durability – with proper care, it lasts 20+ years.
  • Bone preservation – implants prevent atrophy of the jawbone, which occurs when teeth are missing.
  • Excellent aesthetics – modern materials (ceramics, zirconia) make the teeth indistinguishable from natural ones.
  • No stress on adjacent teeth – unlike bridge prostheses, implants do not require healthy teeth to be ground down.

Types of fixed prosthetics on implants:

  • Single crown on an implant – if one tooth is missing, it can be replaced with an implant and a ceramic or zirconia crown.
  • Bridge prosthesis on implants – used when several consecutive teeth are missing. Instead of placing an implant for each lost tooth, it is sufficient to place support implants, on which a bridge structure is fixed.
  • Full fixed prosthesis (All-on-4, All-on-6) – in cases of complete edentulism, 4 or 6 implants are placed, on which a full set of teeth is attached. This is the best alternative to removable prostheses, as it eliminates their inconveniences.

Who is this method suitable for?

  • Patients missing one or several teeth.
  • Those who have no teeth and find removable prostheses uncomfortable.
  • People who want the most natural result.
  • Those with sufficient bone tissue for implant placement (or who may require bone grafting).
